The nano™ is an electric bike kit suitable for nearly 90% of all bikes. Using our small, quiet and powerful nano™ hub motor gives the rider the extra assistance that takes the effort out of hills and headwinds, enabling you to arrive at your destination without the sweat! We have a renowned version specially designed for the Brompton folding bike.

All the parts needed to convert your Bike to electric power are included:

nano Motor™ : A range of speeds of the nano motor™ are available for different wheel sizes, built into a replacement rim, using high grade stainless steel spokes. We use high quality Mavic rims and wheels are built by our Cytech gualified bike mechanics. We can source other rims to match the ones from your bike, or alternatively we can have the nano™ motor built into your own rim. We offer a special narrower 80mm motor for Brompton, to preserve the Brompton's compact fold.

Lithium Polymer battery. The latest and best available battery technology - delivers highest capacity for lowest weight and size. Supplied in tough durable cases, in two different sizes; 6AHr for most bikes with a mounting behind the seat post, and a 10AHr battery mounted in the Brompton front luggage - for Brompton.

Battery charger. Full charge of the battery will take between 3-5 hours, dependant on the capacity of the battery. Charging takes proportionally less time if you have used less of the battery capacity before charging.

Controller, controls and connectors. We supply a choice of throttle - either a twist grip or thumb throttle, or a pedelec option which switches the motor in when you are pedalling - as required by the pedelec laws in Europe. We supply a pair of replacement brake levers which switch the power to the motor as soon as they are activated, so that the motor is not running when you want to brake.

We use high quality, specialised e-bike throttles and brakes from Wuxing, the largest manufacturer in the world, we carry a range of different shapes and sizes to fit in with a wide range of bikes.

We use a range of specialised connectors to ensure that our electronics are reliable, including waterproof connectors wherever they are exposed to the elements..

Warranty. Each nano™ conversion kit is engineered with good quality components, and we get very few problems, but for peace of mind, every kit comes with a comprehensive 12 month return to base warranty. If anything fails to work within 12 months of purchase, simply return it to us (at your cost) and we will either fix or replace if and ship it back to you. If we originally fitted the conversion - then the warranty also includes free of charge fitting any replacement parts needed.
